  • AcroYoga Practice: Engage in partner work and teamwork, focusing on trust, communication, courage, concentration, and playfulness.

  • Movement Off the Mat: Be ready for energetic fun—running around might happen!

  • Laughter and Fun: Expect lots of laughter, cool partner poses, and opportunities for      memorable family photos.
