This yoga session begins with 60 minutes of gentle and energizing Yoga postures, 15 minutes of breathwork (pranayama), and 15 minutes of meditation to awaken and balance your body and mind.
3-Course Vegetarian Meals:
Savor a thoughtfully prepared three-course vegetarian meal, designed to nourish and rejuvenate with ingredients source from our very own green garden and local markets.
Yoga Philosophy and Journaling
In this session, we will begin with a 30-minute explanation and Q&A on yogic teachings, followed by journaling to reflect on the theme and deepen your understanding of yourself and personal growth.
Tibetan Bowls Sound Healing OR Spa Treatment (Choose 1 of 2)
Experience profound relaxation with the resonant tones of Tibetan bowls, which harmonize and restore your energy through soothing sound vibrations.
