I have been teaching yoga for the last 10 years, and organising over 30 retreats, women’s circles and workshops. My teaching philopsophy is “Honor the unique body in each of us”. I am passionate with optimal body movements, breathworks and variety of mindful practices for unique individual situations and needs.
